The website does not currently offer user accounts, payments, forums, subscription forms or automated decisions producing legal effects.
3. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by providers required for hosting, infrastructure, email and technical support under appropriate contractual safeguards. The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Google Analytics is activated only with consent. Data is not disclosed to other parties unless legally required or necessary to handle a request.
4. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the mechanism applicable to the recipient and service will be used, such as an adequacy decision —including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient participates— or standard contractual clauses and supplementary safeguards.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability and may withdraw consent by emailing contacto@digittude.com and specifying the right concerned. Additional information may be requested when necessary to verify identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or, where applicable, your local supervisory authority.
6. Data supplied by you
Please avoid sending unnecessary information or third-party data without a lawful basis. Job applicants should not provide special-category information that is not needed to assess their profile.
7. Changes
This policy will be updated when processing activities or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means where necessary.
